Our story

Built in Switzerland in 2004. Extended to the Kingdom.

thinkNEO began as a Swiss project management and consulting company with one purpose: connect international industrial customers with Switzerland's precision-driven manufacturing and technology firms.

For two decades, that work has meant cluster cooperation, joint ventures and technology commercialization across advanced manufacturing, medical technology and engineering. It has linked SMEs, conglomerates, research institutions and investors.

With thinkNEO LLC in Saudi Arabia, the company now operates as one project management company with a Swiss and a Saudi entity. Swiss technology, Saudi demand and capital, and on-the-ground execution are coordinated by a single team rather than a chain of intermediaries.

Patrick operates at the interface of industry, research and policy, building partnerships that turn shared capabilities into measurable industrial results across advanced manufacturing, engineering and technology-driven sectors. He has led international initiatives connecting SMEs, conglomerates, research institutions and investors, facilitating cluster cooperation, joint ventures and technology commercialization.

Trained in physics at Bern and Cornell, he reads a technology on its merits before positioning it commercially. His strengths in governance, real-world operations and performance-driven project management produce sustainable partnerships and scalable innovation in complex global markets.

A Saudi international strategic consultant and entrepreneur who has spent four decades assembling the cross-border consortia that connect Saudi national programs with European, American and Asian capability.

Saleh led the consortium behind the Kingdom's largest mining project and its primary national freight rail network, and the European consortium that delivered 2,000 healthcare centers. His advisory work spans logistics, maritime, aviation, healthcare and industrial localization in nine regions.

He is president of the Saudi project management company Alkhaymah and the originator of the Nile River Inland Waterway Network concept. At thinkNEO he brings the Saudi side of every project to the table: anchor demand, policy access and the partners that turn a localization opportunity into financed production.
